7/1/2019 0 Comments THE ROTATOR CUFFIf you are a massage therapist out there and are looking for new techniques, check out Rebel Massage on YouTube. I have tried many of her techniques and they work! One of my favorite techniques I use often is the rotator stretch. It gives a nice gentle stretch and allows you to get to the teres major and minor in a different way. The body is supine (on back), gently pull arm towards you and stretch the scapula, Infraspinatous and even the supraspinatous. The link above is part one of the rotator cuff . She has three other videos on the rotator cuff. She explains the process very clearly where you shouldn't have any questions.
